What We Do

Since the foundation in 2002 we successfully established our business in the areas of seminars, consulting and the software solutions DefTax® and EBilanz Online. We are meanwhile one of the renowned specialists for national and international accounting standards and financial statement analyses in the German market.

The conversion of financial reporting systems from German GAAP to IFRS as well as general optimizations of financial reporting policies is our focus. Furthermore an additional team of highly specialized experts advises especially credit institutions in financial reporting, financial statement analysis and development of rating methods.

In addition we train staff members of accounting and controlling departments in the matters of financial statement preparation according to German GAAP and IFRS as well as financial analysts in the fields of financial statement analysis under German GAAP and IFRS.

With DefTax we offer a software solution for the calculation of current and deferred taxes in individual and group financial statements according to German GAAP, IFRS and US-GAAP.

EBilanz Online offers the possibility to transmit the E-Bilanz using an easy to use online tool without the need to install any software component locally for a competitive price.
